- This room enjoys uninterrupted and panoramic sea views and is designed for entertaining and is a haven for winter or summer dining while enjoying the ever-changing vista.
- Open plan, south facing and with part of the ceiling double height incorporating two velux windows.
- This room has two window seats ideal for relaxing with a drink or a book, while taking in the sea views.
- A porcelain patio terrace has been tastefully incorporated just outside the large portrait dining room windows to “extend the room out into the sea”!
- A Sonas speaker is available to guest to allow them enjoy their favourite music or radio channels via the Sonas App on their mobile phone.

Living Room
- This south facing and bright room has a large window with uninterrupted and panoramic sea views, ideally for watching TV and relaxing. The TV has access to the Saorview channels and an Apple TV device to facilitate guests connecting to streaming services such as Netflix via their own accounts.
- The room has an Element 4 gas lit stove which allows you to enjoy the right amount of heat and an attractive flame picture at any time of the day.
Private Courtyard
- The west facing private courtyard is sheltered on three sides and has a shade sail positioned over the dining table to protect guests from Donegal’s (summer showers!) and the sun, as it sets over the courtyard in the evenings.
- The courtyard incorporates tasteful outdoor furniture, landscaping, lighting, porcelain paving, ideal for comfortable outdoor dining on summer evenings.
- The open end of the courtyard enjoys stunning sea views.
Gardens
- The house has manicured lawns and is tastefully landscaped to the front and back. The south facing front garden has panoramic sea views while the private rear garden enjoys some more limited sea views ideal for relaxing or play.

- This south facing bedroom has a very comfortable super king double bed and a large window with panoramic sea views. The bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and a large luxury ensuite bathroom.
